Epoxy Crusher Backing ESCO Crusher Backings for Standard Applications Designed as alternatives to dangerous and costly molten zinc pours for crusher maintenance procedures, ESCO Crusher Backings for standard applications provide proven performance at an economical price. ESCO now offers Standard Crusher Backing in two formulas supplied in convenient kit form for easy mixing and application. Simple in application, ESCO Crusher Backings are mixed in their own plastic containers. When cured, ESCO Crusher Backings provide high compressive strength support for wear parts. The two-part compounds can be used for backing liners and wear parts on almost any crusher.
ESCOBAK™ Standard Crusher Backing ESCOBAK™ Crusher Backing is a 100% solids epoxy compound for backing wear liners in cone crushers. The backing provides excellent strength development and impact resistance. The smooth consistency of the non-settling formula allows for easy pouring. ESCOBAK™ ensures complete backing over a surface by eliminating gaps that weaken and shorten wear-part life in gyratory crushers and cone crushers.
ECO-BAK™ Standard Crusher Backing is an alternative to our ESCOBAK™ that is free of Volatile Organic Compounds, Butyl Glycidyl Ether and Nonyl Phenol. It has been carefully formulated to address environmental and transport concerns. ECO-BAK™ is free from the shipping regulations that affect other crusher backings. ESCO Crusher Backings for severe applications While our standard crusher backings perform well in most applications, the demand for high-performance backing continues to increase. ESCO offers two High-Performance Crusher Backing formulas to support this need. They feature a compressive strength higher than that of the standard crusher backing, with a water absorption rate that is about one third that of standard backing.
MAXBAK II™ Hi-Impact Crusher Backing Is a high performance crusher backing designed to engage the most challenging crushing conditions. Whether the application involves Gyratory Crushers, Primary Crushing, Wet Crushing and hard or excessively abrasive media, MAXBAK II™ Hi-Impact Crusher Backing offers excellent resilience and impact resistance while retaining high compression and tensile strengths. MAXBAK II™ Hi-Impact Crusher Backing offers exceptional heat, water and shrinkage resistance.
ECO-BAK™ Hi-Impact Crusher Backing is an alternative to MAXBAK II™. Just like the standard formula, the ECO-BAK™ Hi-Impact formula is also free of Volatile Organic Compounds, Butyl Glycidyl Ether and Nonyl Phenol so it is also free from the shipping regulations that affect other crusher backings. ECO-BAK™ combines high-impact resistance, superior compressive strength, high stability and low shrinkage as well as improved water resistance.
