Cast Lip System
With equipment becoming ever more powerful, and in the face of increasingly demanding conditions, ESCO's new EverSharp cast lip system for mining applications is the answer. Cast in premium ESCO alloys, the EverSharp lip system is not only tremendously strong, but provides increased safety and excellent performance. The Posilok® Plus tooth system, with its hammerless locking device, is standard and offers improved safety, reliability and penetration. The EverSharp lip bottom and shroud are moved up and out of the wear path to reduce wear and improve loading with a more efficient bucket curl. The results: reduced maintenance, improved fuel economy and better productivity.

Loadmaster® SSC Lip System
The ESCO Loadmaster SSC lip is cast in alloy 12T with excellent strength properties. This strength provides better toughness than plate lips and meets the needs of today's mining machines operating in severe applications.

Zipper Lip® System
Large machines or small, if you need a lip for an extra heavy-duty application then the ESCO Zipper Lip System is a good fit. The cast alloy construction of the lip and its components resist the jarring impact and grinding abrasion of the toughest working conditions so you can depend on trouble free service. The ESCO Zipper Lip system comes standard with ESCO Super V tooth equipment, ensuring maximum digging performance.
